Ripeconcepts 10-Year Anniversary: A Toast To Inspiration and Talent

Back in 2009, it took only four people to start what’s now a triple-A creative and digital marketing powerhouse with a world-class team of over 300 talents, known as RipeConcepts. Would you believe it? The company has evolved dramatically over the past decade, having grown to become one of the leading players in the creative industry. We have come a long way and it’s plain to see that RipeConcepts is truly a force to be reckoned with.

RipeConcepts is celebrating a decade of rock star talent and fruitful partnerships - a milestone definitely worth toasting to. The RipeConcepts Diamond Gala at City Sports Club Cebu was an evening to party to talent, success and achievement. The simple but elegant event was dedicated to the true assets of the company – the employees - whose passion towards their work is worth more than diamonds. Their enthusiasm for creativity has catapulted the company to the zenith of success.

All the ladies looked very dainty in their dresses and the gentlemen dapper in their suits. The formal event was graced by CEO Paul Lyon together with his family, and other eminent guests. It made the night more memorable and special, seeing VIPs take time out from their busy schedule to celebrate the occasion with us.

The curtain raiser of the night was the enchanting performance by RipeConcepts’ showmen and women, who took over the stage singing and dancing to the tune of “The Greatest Showman”. The program was followed by a lavish banquet with live music and entertainment. After dinner, Paul took everyone a stroll down memory lane. He shared the ups and downs that he experienced, which shaped the company to be what it is today. RipeConcepts seemed to have worked against the odds in over ten years to make what seemed impossible, possible.

Ripe’s Got Talent was the highlight of the night as it gave the stage to show off the other hidden talents of RipeConcepts’ employees. It featured singing and dancing to sketch comedy, much to the delight of everyone in the audience. Grand prizes were then awarded to the winners and runners-up of the competition with the Creatives, a.k.a. the Ripe Fighters, hailed as champions.

The ceremony also honored exemplary employees with special awards, such as the Employee of the Year Award, Best Dressed Award, and even our version of the People’s Choice Awards—or as #Raffyfied likes to call it, “RipeConcepts: The Who?”. “The Who” recognized employees who have earned a certain reputation at work due to their undeniable but charming quirks.

RipeConcepts Diamond Gala was not only a night of glitz and glamour but also of fun and laughter. We could only wish that the night would last forever.
