Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and document business processes in consultation with business users.
- Design and present potential solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop and document the necessary requirements for the project.
- Assist in preparing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Coordinate with the testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor and manage bug fixes and issues, ensuring their timely resolution.
- Engage with vendors for requirements elaboration, solution design, review, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor counterparts to ensure smooth system integration, if needed, within the ADB ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or any related field.
- At least 10 years of solid experience in business analysis, with 5 years in a senior business analysis role.
- 5 years of experience in the banking, financial services, or accounting sector.
- 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes.
- 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications.
- Solid understanding of account/sales management, government procurement process, and contract lifecycle management or equivalent.
- Familiarity with banking development process is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of project management lifecycle and systems development cycle.
- Expertise in Microsoft Technology Stack, including Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI), Teams, and Dynamics 365.
- Proven vendor management skills and experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Amenable to work onsite, Mandaluyong Metro Manila, from Monday - Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
- Good to Have:
- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
