Business Analyst
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements for the solution architecture.
  • Communicate with business users to explain the benefits of proposed solutions and identify gaps in business requirements.
  • Map product features and out-of-box requirements to functional requirements.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis on products and recommend feasible alternatives.
  • Create test cases, test plans, and test data based on requirements.
  • Assist in conducting functional testing and validating outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in implementing either a standalone General Ledger (GL) system or GL module within a Finance ERP system in a banking environment.
  • Experience working in the Philippines market or other Asian markets.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, with the ability to translate business and functional requirements into testable requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in technical and business communication, with the ability to interact with developers and business partners.
  • High-level understanding of financial products and processes, with strong technical competency in solution and application development.
  • Detail-oriented, with advanced presentation and documentation skills using project management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across functional teams and with third parties.
