Business Analyst

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meetings and presentations with internal and external teams.
  • Elicit relevant information on business/system problems and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements; identify areas for technical solutions and process improvements.
  • Prepare business design documents (process flows, wireframes), business specifications (user stories, requirement specs), and technical specs (e.g., Swagger files).
  • Develop and use standard templates for clear and concise documentation.
  • Collaborate with product owners on roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Assist QA in test planning and review test cases to ensure requirements are met.
  • Conducts meetings and interviews with business units or subject matter experts to understand project objectives, scope, and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in Business Analysis with exposure to CASA/TD or banking-related experience; or end-to-end financial transactions
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects is highly preferred.
  • Experience in conducting requirements elicitation and analysis, documentation (user stories, specs, diagrams), communication, and presentation
  • Experience in process improvement and automation
  • Knowledge in product lifecycle and roadmap planning
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with tools for wireframing, process mapping, and API documentation (e.g., Swagger)
  • Amenable to work a Full On-Site work set-up
