Creative Designer
Job Type: Full-time


  • Lead the creative design process from research and concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual assets.
  • Develop innovative and impactful design concepts for various mediums including digital platforms, print collateral, branding materials, and multimedia presentations.
  • Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand awareness.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design elements and touchpoints.
  • Work with junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Conduct thorough research and gather insights into target-audience preferences, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform design decisions.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.


  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and other relevant design software.
  • Exceptional design sensibility, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Solid understanding of branding principles, design trends, and user experience (UX) concepts.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of design excellence.
  • Amenable to work from 6:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in advertising agencies, design studios, or corporate creative departments.
  • Ability to parse research material and break them into concise chunks.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, or animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with user interface (UI) design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
  • Familiarity with AI tools available online (e.g., Bard, ChatGPT)
