Responsibilities:
- Define migration strategy, scope, and acceptance criteria aligned with program milestones.
- Develop and manage migration plans, including mock runs and final cutoverGovern vendor delivery including migration design, ETL approach, and reconciliation logic.
- Coordinate SMEs to validate mappings and business rules.
- Define and execute verification controls and sign-offsLead defect triage, root cause analysis, and risk escalationEnsure SIT/UAT data readiness and support testing activities.
- Plan and execute cutover activities with minimal disruption.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide status reporting and maintain RAID logs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale data migration initiatives (preferably core banking/deposits).
- Proven experience leading migration workstreams and managing vendor and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong experience in legacy-to-modern platform migrations.
- Hands-on experience with TCS, Finacle, or Fiserv platforms (at least two required).
- Amenable to work a Full On-Site work set-up
