Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot platform, including user accounts, workflows, dashboards, and reports
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot settings to align with business objectives
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the HubSpot platform
  • Develop custom HubSpot modules, templates, and integrations using HubSpot's APIs and other development tools
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Implement automation workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and customer service processes
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand business requirements and translate them into HubSpot solutions
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through HubSpot functionalities
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and customer engagement
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of HubSpot features
  • Develop and maintain documentation for HubSpot processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides
  • Stay updated with HubSpot updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve our use of the platform

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Admin or in a similar role
  • Strong development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot APIs
  • Solid understanding of marketing, sales, and customer service processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Amenable to work onsite from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus
