Verify accuracy and completeness of data including:
Email addresses
Physical addresses
WhatsApp numbers
Domain names
Other identifying information
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies between PDFs and spreadsheets
Ensure spreadsheets are fully populated and accurately reflect the supporting exhibits
Maintain organized, clearly labeled digital exhibit files
Use Adobe Acrobat Pro to:
Review large PDF sets efficiently
Apply redactions where necessary
Bookmark and organize documents
Combine and format exhibit packets
Prepare clean, court-ready digital exhibit binders
Draft standardized pleadings that are approximately 90–93% template-based
Modify case-specific details such as names, dates, addresses, and factual summaries
Ensure formatting compliance with court requirements (margins, spacing, captions, etc.). Conduct final proofreading for accuracy and consistency before filing
Qualifications:
At least 3 years relevant experience in litigation support
Experience with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox, OneDrive, or ShareFile.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Advanced Excel Skills – Required
Strong ability to review, audit, and validate spreadsheet data.
Comfortable working with structured datasets containing contact information and digital identifiers.
Highly detail-oriented when reconciling data across multiple sources.
Adobe Acrobat Pro Expertise – Required
Confident handling large PDF files.
Skilled in redactions, bookmarks, page organization, and document assembly.
Extreme Attention to Detail – Required
Ability to spot small inconsistencies in names, numbers, domains, or formatting.
Strong quality-control mindset.
Legal Experience – Preferred
Understanding of basic pleadings (Complaint, Answer, Motion).
Familiarity with litigation workflows is a plus.
Template-Based Drafting Experience – Preferred
