Communicate directly with customers via email to help resolve post-print issues and handle replacement orders for customers who have encountered issues with their original orders.
Investigate and document the root causes of these replacement orders thoroughly and troubleshoot technical, design, and print errors.
Improve the overall customer experience for customers who have received less-than-perfect products.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Have the ability to think critically in order to solve problems and be very detail-oriented
Can work in a fast-paced environment and can work with minimal supervision
Adaptable and flexible in switching between tasks
Have the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Must be available to work night shifts and during weekends
Can commit for a minimum of 3 months
Amenable to work Onsite (Cebu City)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
