Program Manager
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of core banking programs, monitoring progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues associated with the program, working closely with teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on program progress, challenges, and accomplishments to senior management and governance forums.
  • Facilitate training and change management initiatives to support smooth program adoption across all user groups.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in large-scale core banking implementations for secured and unsecured loans.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Philippines banking market, with prior experience in Temenos Transact implementations preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
