Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of core banking programs, monitoring progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues associated with the program, working closely with teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on program progress, challenges, and accomplishments to senior management and governance forums.
Facilitate training and change management initiatives to support smooth program adoption across all user groups.
Qualifications:
15+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in large-scale core banking implementations for secured and unsecured loans.
Extensive knowledge of the Philippines banking market, with prior experience in Temenos Transact implementations preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills, with proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
