Program Support
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Director in the day-to-day management of the core banking modernization program, facilitating communication and coordination across nine distinct program streams.
  • Support program planning, scheduling, and tracking activities to ensure milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, budget summaries, and meeting minutes, to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Organize workshops and develop communication content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and program outcomes.
  • Contribute to risk management efforts by tracking issues and risks, and supporting the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Support change management activities, helping to communicate changes and gather feedback from stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 6 years of relevant experience
  • Must have proven experience in a project mgmt. or program support within IT/technology function in the banking sector
  • Must have experience in Philippines (preferably) market or Asia
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring activities
  • Knowledge of core banking systems is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite, M-F 8am-5pm
