Assist the Program Director in the day-to-day management of the core banking modernization program, facilitating communication and coordination across nine distinct program streams.
Support program planning, scheduling, and tracking activities to ensure milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, budget summaries, and meeting minutes, to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Organize workshops and develop communication content for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of program management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and program outcomes.
Contribute to risk management efforts by tracking issues and risks, and supporting the development of mitigation strategies.
Support change management activities, helping to communicate changes and gather feedback from stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications:
3 – 6 years of relevant experience
Must have proven experience in a project mgmt. or program support within IT/technology function in the banking sector
Must have experience in Philippines (preferably) market or Asia
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring activities
