Own the weekly “traffic light meeting” for your POD (Product Oriented Delivery) – reviewing project status for each client to ensure alignment.
Work daily with the client strategy, media, and creative teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and properly handed over.
Audit projects and tasks to ensure compliance and timely completion.
Ensure all necessary details are provided via a brief before work begins.
Adjust timelines and tasks as needed to reflect business realities.
Serve as the point of contact for the team when multiple units are assigned to the same project, ensuring team actions remain in synergy.
Perform quality control on projects to ensure all standards are met.
Ensure correct files and creative assets are attached to tasks and projects, and hand over final creative assets to the publishing/web development team.
Ensure correct use of language, naming conventions, and project names.
Set up ad hoc meetings as needed to clarify issues or reach resolutions.
Provide ongoing problem solving and team support to ensure project completion.
Communicate with leadership to keep projects on time and aligned with goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in using Click-up, ProofHub or equivalent PM tools.
With at least 5+ years' experience of Project Management, and prior agency experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn various point-and-click online apps by following instructional videos.
Must be able to clearly articulate thoughts and actions in English.
Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to adjust tasks and timelines as needed.
High level of commitment to client satisfaction and team collaboration.
Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Not a must, but good to have: Project Management Certification, Lean Six Sigma
