Sales Executive (Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outreach through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn connections, and chats to introduce RipeConcepts, its services, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive lead research using professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn) and business listings (e.g., Crunchbase).
  • Utilize job ad platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr for lead generation.
  • Book and facilitate virtual meetings with key decision-makers using Zoom and MS Teams.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling company pitch decks showcasing RipeConcepts’ creative range, service offerings, and potential business synergies.
  • Conduct introductory presentations with the goal of generating interest and converting leads into clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client engagement and revenue.
  • Thoroughly scope service inquiries and obtain necessary assets for accurate project quoting.
  • Coordinate with Engagement Managers to determine production hours, project costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare essential sales documents, including project proposals (RFP), Scope of Work (SOW), NDAs, and Proof of Concept (POC) documents.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in digital marketing, providing strategic insights to both internal teams and clients.
  • Consult with clients to optimize their marketing strategies, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a smooth sales cycle and high conversion rates.
  • Follow up diligently with interested leads to keep them moving through the sales funnel.
  • Send meeting summaries to presentation attendees, documenting key discussion points.
  • Track and update sales activities, client interactions, and project progress using CRM and project management tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Proven experience in interacting with and selling to C-suite executives and senior business decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid media, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience in selling digital marketing services to top-tier international companies and SMEs across various industries.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRMs, and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of identifying and closing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in an Account Executive (AE) capacity is a plus.
