Senior Digital Marketing Creative (Paid Ads)

Responsibilities:

The Senior Digital Marketing Creative (Paid Ads) is responsible for producing high-performing, scroll-stopping creative assets for paid social campaigns across platforms. This role combines strong creative execution with a deep understanding of digital marketing performance, translating marketing briefs into compelling visual content that drives engagement and conversions. Produce high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns. Focusing on turning briefs into engaging video and motion-based content that drives results. 

  • Create social media ads for paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) 
  • Edit video, motion graphics, and basic audio for ad creatives 
  • Turn marketing briefs into strong creative outputs quickly 
  • Produce multiple variations per concept for A/B testing 
  • Work across different tones: meme-style, playful, and polished branded ads 
  • Use influencer/mommy blogger content + internal design assets 
  • Collaborate with the creative lead to develop and refine ad concepts 
  • Deliver fast-turnaround creative without heavy revisions

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in video editing and motion graphics 
  • Good understanding of social media ads and what performs online 
  • Able to create multiple creative versions quickly (not just one output) 
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal direction 
  • Strong awareness of social trends, memes, and platform culture 
  • Able to work across different brands and audience types 
  • Amenable to work Monday to Friday, 3:00pm-12:00am (tentative shift)
