Responsibilities:
- Develop functional requirements based on business requirements
- Identify non-functional requirements for solution architects
- Identify gaps in business requirements and validate with end users
- Explain proposed solutions to business users and align expectations
- Map product features and out-of-box capabilities to functional requirements
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose workable alternatives
- Support product evaluation during service definition phase
- Manage changes in functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop test cases, test plans, and test data
- Assist in functional testing and test execution
- Coordinate application functional testing based on delivery manager direction
- Test systems, report results, and track defects with business and IT teams
- Perform basic troubleshooting of issues
- Ensure delivered applications meet functional and technical requirements
- Maintain testing documentation (test cases, plans, reports)
- Report defects and results in a timely manner and collaborate on resolutions
- Provide testing guidance and support to stakeholders
- Ensure operational support processes align with business objectives
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
- Exposure to large-scale banking or financial services programs
- Proven delivery experience in core banking or deposits-related projects (CASA and/or Time Deposit products)
- Must have been part of at least 3 end-to-end project lifecycles (requirements gathering to deployment)
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects is highly preferred
- Experience in high-level financial services processes, products, and operations
- Experience in core banking systems (especially deposits: CASA, Time Deposits)
- Experience in system integration patterns in financial services environments
- Experience in functional and non-functional requirements in enterprise systems
- Knowledge in Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle
- Amenable to work a Full On-Site work set-up
