Responsibilities:
- Develop functional requirements based on business requirements and identify non-functional requirements.
- Identify gaps in business requirements and follow up with end-users.
- Explain how proposed solutions address business requirements.
- Develop understanding of business processes, organization, and expected outcomes.
- Map product features to functional requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop alternatives.
- Support product evaluation during service definition.
- Manage changes in requirements.
- Develop test cases, test plans, and test data.
- Assist in functional testing. Ensure operational support processes align with business objectives.
- Plan and coordinate application functional testing.
- Test systems, report results, and track defects.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
- Administer test execution and reporting in line with IT policies.
- Maintain testing documents.
- Report defects and collaborate on solutions.
- Provide testing expertise and support to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with exposure to large-scale financial services programs.
- Proven experience delivering core banking or deposits-related projects, including CASA and/or Time Deposit products.
- Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, with end-to-end involvement from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Past experience managing multi-stakeholder projects is highly favorable.
- Amenable to work a Full On-Site work set-up
