Systems Analyst (Build)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop functional requirements based on business requirements and identify non-functional requirements.
  • Identify gaps in business requirements and follow up with end-users.
  • Explain how proposed solutions address business requirements.
  • Develop understanding of business processes, organization, and expected outcomes.
  • Map product features to functional requirements.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop alternatives.
  • Support product evaluation during service definition.
  • Manage changes in requirements.
  • Develop test cases, test plans, and test data.
  • Assist in functional testing. Ensure operational support processes align with business objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate application functional testing.
  • Test systems, report results, and track defects.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
  • Administer test execution and reporting in line with IT policies.
  • Maintain testing documents.
  • Report defects and collaborate on solutions.
  • Provide testing expertise and support to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with exposure to large-scale financial services programs.
  • Proven experience delivering core banking or deposits-related projects, including CASA and/or Time Deposit products.
  • Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, with end-to-end involvement from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Past experience managing multi-stakeholder projects is highly favorable.
  • Amenable to work a Full On-Site work set-up
