Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional integration requirements across channels, payments, reporting, regulatory, and downstream systems.
Identify gaps and follow up with stakeholders.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and platform teams to align integration design.
Perform interface-level fit-gap analysis and identify constraints and design decisions.
Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, resiliency, security, auditability, and recoverability are captured.
Support integration design workshops.
Manage integration requirement baselines and change impact assessments.
Plan and coordinate system integration testing and end-to-end scenarios.
Develop test cases, plans, and data.
Review and validate integration test scenarios and results.
Administer test execution and reporting in line with IT policies.
Maintain testing documentation.
Report defects and collaborate on solutions.
Ensure integration deliverables support operational readiness, including monitoring, exception handling, and support processes.
Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with exposure to system integrations within large-scale financial services programs.
Proven experience delivering core banking or deposits-related integrations, including CASA and/or Time Deposit products.
Hands-on experience with system-to-system integrations such as APIs, batch/file-based interfaces, and event-driven processing.
Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, with end-to-end involvement from requirements gathering to deployment.
Past experience managing multi-stakeholder projects is highly favorable.
