Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Temenos T24 solutions, providing expert guidance on configurations and integrations.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations to offer insights on Temenos solution architecture.
- Define and implement the enterprise technology roadmap with a focus on branch banking technology solutions.
- Maintain solution architecture artifacts, including solution designs, architecture blueprints, and implementation guides.
- Facilitate architecture program status meetings, providing reports and updates to client IT leadership.
- Support the creation and maintenance of EA catalogues, guardrails, and other relevant artifacts for the designated domain.
- Ensure architecture compliance for all solutions, aligning with EA standards and guardrails.
- Collaborate with solution architects, platform, and application owners to ensure technical consistency across projects.
- Provide architectural leadership to resolve inter-program and inter-project issues.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Temenos design and architecture.
- Extensive experience with Temenos T24 and branch banking technology solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with expertise in methodologies and design patterns.
- Proven implementation experience with enterprise software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of branch banking technology operations and landscape.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining solution architecture artifacts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with client IT leadership and stakeholders.
- Expertise in ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards and guardrails.
- Proven ability to provide technical guidance and resolve complex architectural issues.
