In the US, RipeConcepts is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and our state-of-the-art studio is located in Cebu, Philippines.

There are two main ways we can work with you: Dedicated Staffing and Retainers. Dedicated Staffing helps you scale your business with a team solely focused on you. Consider them an extension of your in-house team. We’ve had clients enjoy success with their dedicated teams for years. For long-term project savings, our Retainer option is ideal. We are also happy to discuss any project-based needs.

RipeConcepts offers significant cost savings. You'll pay up to 50-60% less compared to average US cost. Additionally, our high employee retention rate (96%) means you will save time on finding and recruiting qualified talent.

In addition to significant cost savings, outsourcing creative services in the Philippines can be a seamless experience. A former US colony, the Philippines boasts a large English-speaking population deeply familiar with Western culture. Our island home of Cebu has over 60 colleges and universities modeled after the American education system. This educational landscape contributes to RipeConcepts' competitiveness and understanding of Western standards. This cultural affinity, combined with a highly skilled workforce and affordable rates, makes the Philippines an ideal outsourcing destination.

While we work in PHT, we tailor overlapping hours to accommodate your schedule. We have a significant overlap of 2-3 hours daily.

RipeConcepts' monthly retainer provides you with a bank of 100 hours that can be used on any of our services to meet your specific needs:

Yes, absolutely! You may use your 100 retainer hours across all of our creative services. If you require more than 100 hours, we're happy to provide extra hours billed at the respective rates per service.

In addition to the 100 hours included in the retainer, you'll experience the value of having a desidnated engagement manager as your primary point of contact. This means personalized support throughout your projects, as well as weekly reports to track your hour usage.

Our standard contract term is six (6) months, but we also understand that flexibility is important. Consult our team to discuss your specific needs and potential options.

Invoices will be issued at the end of each month. All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

While the expectation is that all hours are used within the month they are purchased, 50% of unused hours from any given month will be rolled over to the next month. Unused hours at the very end of the term will be forfeited.

You can cancel your retainer with a 15-day notice before the end of your third month. If you wish to discontinue the service after six consecutive months, a 30-day written notice is required. Please refer to your contract for specific terms.

Yes, we offer a 60-day proof of concept period to help you experience our services firsthand.

After the trial period, you have the option to sign up for an additional 10 months to complete a full year contract.

Two to four weeks. By the end of that period, we will provide you with shortlisted candidates.

Resource replacement is flexible during the trial period. After signing a one-year contract, a 90-day notice is required to allow us sufficient time to find a suitable replacement.

To end your contract, please provide a 90-day notice period.
