The sun was high and so were spirits at RipeConcepts’ 2026 summer outing held at Chateau by the Sea on April 18. Called RC by the Sea, this year’s party was another showcase of the culture that has been carefully built at this company over the years. It’s a classic hit with longtime RipeCrew, and a perfect way for new team members and Stateside VIP guests to get a crash course in what RipeConcepts is about.
Booths lined the venue: basketball, a shooting gallery, ring toss, Carni-Bowl, all with drew prizes up for grabs and no competitive spirit. Arcade games hummed alongside the sound of waves, as people lined up for jet ski, banana boat, and UFO rides. Quick games got people off their seats and running to the stage. The Art Club did their thing, capturing the day in traditional media, while others chose to chill in the pool or play tabletop games. Even the VIP guests were great sports, literally diving into the foam party and joining in on the games. It was fun and chaotic in the best way.
The party also marked a milestone for the new RipeConcepts Music Club. The members had been showing up at company parties for years, performing purely out of love for music and the joy of playing together. This time, they took the stage for the first time as an official club, joining a roster of groups that speak to something about RipeConcepts: that there is no shortage of talent among the crew, and the company is all the better for making room for all of it.
Then there was the food. For a whole day of partying, lunch and dinner were served. As the evening wore on, drinks flowed and lechon filled bellies, because what is a proper Cebu party without it? In between meals, the RipeCrew snacked on nostalgic Filipino favorites including cotton candy, scramble, and ice cream, simple pleasures that somehow taste better at the beach.
As a leading Philippine design company based in Cebu, RipeConcepts has built its reputation on the strength of its people, all of whom are passionate, talented, and living in a city that has creativity in its bones. These annual seaside outings are just one of the ways RipeConcepts tends to the culture that it has spent years building. These moments carry as much weight as intense meetings and the day-to-day grind, all of it combining to bring out the great work that RipeConcepts delivers time and again.
