It feels like it was only yesterday when a creative little office took shape in Metro Cebu with a mission to provide by far the best service even the most difficult client could ever hope for. It started with a number of people countable by the fingers in one’s hands until it grew to what it is today - an internationally recognized name with offices in the US, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. And by and by, the small company with a big dream slowly and eventually helped frame the artistic future of Cebu City, its creative headquarters, which is now hailed by UNESCO as the Creative City of Design.
Twelve years after that fateful Valentine’s Day in ‘09, the company has remained standing strong amidst everything that tried to bring it down, the biggest so far being the coronavirus pandemic when the global economy fell fast in what seemed like an overnight sweep. Thankfully, with a heart strong and heated drive to come through, RC was able to pull itself together long before it was to collapse, and alas, at the peak of it all, we were able to bravely ride against the current while helping those we can through free webinars and online articles.
RC has always believed that one of its most valuable assets is the people they let in the family. The company believes that those who make up the brand are as important as the brand itself, and that is why we celebrate each other’s wins - regardless if it’s professional or personal. And in celebration of yet another year in the business, RipeConcepts does not only take pride in its success in the creative, outsource, service, and marketing industries but also celebrates the successes of its employees.
So last February 14, 2021, as we marked our twelfth anniversary, Ripe folks took the time to reminisce their milestones as they live their #RipeLife and simply give a heartwarming message to their “adulting home.” Take a peak on what they have to say:

It has been a fruitful twelve-year journey, but then again, it has only been twelve years. There’s still so much to look forward to in the future, and we’re definitely excited about what’s waiting ahead. But until then, we’ll remain innovative, proactive, and ever so steadfast. We toast to all our wins and those that are still coming.
